CLAIRVOYANCE literally means " clear seeing."

Clairvoyance is a form of extrasensory perception, including the ability to gain information by psychic means rather than through the physical senses. Clairvoyance is not seeing with the physical eyes but seeing (clairvoyance) what is known in the psychic world as through the 'third eye."

CLAIRVOYANT - A Psychic with the Gift Of Clairvoyance.

Second Sight
Judith Orloff M.D
From Publishers Weekly While growing up in California with her mother, a Beverly Hills family practitioner, and her father, a radiologist, Orloff says she had psychic experiences and could foresee deaths, illnesses, earthquakes. Now a psychiatrist and assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at UCLA, she works with police departments by using her psychic abilities to help locate missing persons and identify suspects. In her clinical practice, she claims, her clairvoyant gifts enable her to get information about patients' health, relationships, careers and childhoods, and to discern stumbling blocks that are not readily apparent. A premonition warned her of one patient's upcoming suicide attempt. With another patient afflicted with debilitating rheumatoid arthritis, Orloff says, she successfully used hands-on healing, or therapeutic touch. She encourages analysands to use prayer, meditation, ritual and dream journals to promote emotional healing. She movingly describes the dreams and visions that helped her draw closer to her mother, who succumbed to cancer in 1993. Orloff's unconventional attempt to bridge the worlds of Freud and the paranormal will appeal to open-minded readers. Author tour. Copyright 1996 Reed Business Information, Inc.

Adventures of a Psychic: The Fascinating Inspiring True-Life Story of One of America's Most Successful Clairvoyants
Sylvia Browne
This is the remarkable story of one woman's psychic odyssey. It offers illuminating insights into how we can better understand ourselves and our own psychic abilities.

Amazon.com Adventures of a Psychic might not be the next Indiana Jones sequel, but the "adventures" in the title is appropriate, since Sylvia Browne never stops amazing us with her channeling, psychic visions, healing, and even ghost stories. Coauthor Antoinette May's biographical talents are first rate, however her third person point of view tends to distance the reader from Browne's story. May compensates for this minor shortcoming by expertly weaving Browne's psychic talents with her personal life, from childhood to grandmotherhood, and grounding the supernatural parts of Adventures of a Psychic in the same sort of mundane problems we are all prone to run into. While reading this book, you may stare with an open mouth at glimpses of a world beyond death, and at the same time discover that we all possess a limitless potential, even if we are not gifted with psychic ability. --Brian Patterson

Hanussen: Hitler's Jewish Clairvoyant
Mel Gordon
Erik Jan Hanussen made a name for himself as Europe’s most audacious and controversial soothsayer. Billing himself as “The Man Who Knows All,” he performed in cabarets and music halls, attracting the attention of everyone from Sigmund Freud and Thomas Mann to Marlene Dietrich and Peter Lorre. His exceptional paranormal abilities — along with his stage specialty of hypnotizing women to orgasm — garnered ardent admirers and equally ardent denouncements, religious and otherwise. In March 1932, when Adolf Hitler’s political future seemed doomed, Hanussen predicted a resurgence of the Nazi Party. The prediction proved a psychic salve for Hitler, and Hanussen became an influential confidant of the superstitious fuhrer. But what Hitler didn’t know initially was that Hanussen was not the Dane he claimed to be but a Jew from Moravia whose given name was Herschel Steinschneider.

Beyond Boundaries: The Adventures of a Seer
Louise Platt Hauck
Gary Zukav, author of Dancing Wu Li Masters and The Seat of the Soul Beyond Boundaries sketches the context and provides samples of types of data that are central to the emerging spiritual psychology. It also provides valuable perspectives for those who are awakening to the perceptions of the soul."

Willis W. Harman, Institute of Noetic Sciences "Beyond Boundaries is charming and profound, delightful and insightful, fascinating and instructive. If there is any one factor responsible for a major share of the misery and confusion experienced in the modern world, it is our collectively encouraged fear of death. Louise Hauck's book is an aid to helping people transcend that fear once and for all. One can only feel admiration and gratitude for her courage in being willing to share so openly experiences of a sort that many hide away with embarrassment."

Peter Russell, author of A White Hole In Time and The Global Brain "An inspiring read that challenges our assumptions about who we are and the nature of time."

Missing Person : The True Story of a Police Case Resolved by the Clairvoyant Powers of Dorothy Allison
Robert V. Cox
Think it can't happen in your town..., October 17, 2002 Amazon.com Reviewer: A reader from Chambersburg,PA I read this book in one sitting and it scared the hell out of me. I never thought I would see the towns of Chambersburg, Waynesboro and Greencastle in a nationally publized book but I did. You think it can't happen in your town...think again. The story of Debbie Sue Kline is one of heartbreak, cruelty and sadness. The pictures in the back also helped develop a more clear picture. Highly recommended book!

Scenting Evil: Crime Fiction from the Case Files of a Crime-Solving Clairvoyant
D. J. Adams
The first true crime adventure by one of the few "sanctioned" crime-solving clairvoyants.

SELLING POINTS: ? The first of a series of true crime adventures from one of America's most respected clairvoyants, responsible for "finding" 14 children, kidnapped by pedophiles and other criminals. The names, places and sequence of some events have been changed to protect the victims and their families.

Author is a well-known and respected clairvoyant, consulted by thousands of people in missing persons, missing children, and other crime-solving situations

Some years ago in a small Southern town, two seven-year-old girls were mysteriously kidnapped from their homes with little trace, striking terror into the hearts and minds of a once peaceful, trusting community. "Run, run as fast as you can," he whispers as he grabs each child at play. "You can't catch me, I'm the Gingerbread Man." Brought in by the local police when they could find the two girls, D.J. Adams, a clairvoyant since age nine, delves into the mind of the kidnapper - seeing, feeling, even smelling his presence. Packed with horror and suspense, D.J. describes the kidnapper as if she were inside his mind and being, feeling with him the demonic urge to steal the little girls as his "pets," and the pain of his own childhood abuse. "I will take care of her for you Mommy, I will stroke and powder the skin of the precious little pet. She is mine now, blow her a kiss in the wind and say good-bye."

Clairvoyant: The Imagined Life of Lucia Joyce : A Novel
Alison Leslie Gold
From Publishers Weekly James Joyce's most inscrutable creation may have been his only daughter, Lucia--mad to the world, but a genius to her father. In this haunting work of imaginative reconstruction, Gold (coauthor of Anne Frank Remembered ) renders Lucia as a gifted albeit genuine schizophrenic (first treated by Jung, later institutionalized for 47 years) who was subject to delusions and violent impulses. Her father preferred to consider her clairvoyant rather than insane, and regarded her "nonsense" as Delphic wisdom with meaning for a select few. Gold briefly, movingly evokes Lucia's life through a cryptic collage of dreams, flashbacks and hallucinations; through Lucia's compositions, ranging from libretti to memoirs whose prose echoes the rhythms and syntax of her father's; and through the commonsensical asides of her nurse, Mrs. Leary. Although the author asserts that "No use has been made of medical records or intimate letters that invade family privacy. The course of Miss Joyce's illness after 1935 has been largely imagined." Discernible factual details about Joyce's works and family, however, may cause some readers to lose their footing on the trail between fact and fantasy and lead others to wonder about Gold's suggestions of incest and neglect. Though Clairvoyant opens an intriguing window on Lucia's life, more clarity, not more mystery, would have heightened the poignancy of her story. Copyright 1992 Reed Business Information, Inc.
Clairvoyant Investigations
Geoffrey Hodson
Hodson presented at his best!, March 11, 2001 Amazon.com Reviewer: I discovered a summary including images of angels from this book as part of the New Zealand Theosophical Society website in honor of Hodson. As you can see, the really remarkable aspect is the colour pictures; they truly enhance the text, which is very good and easy to read. This 140 page book is in two equal parts: firstly, descriptions of larger devas (nature spirits) mostly from places in New Zealand; secondly, clairvoyant impressions of well-known pieces of classical music. This book was clearly put together as a saleable item, unlike many of Hodson's other books which are often full of valuable detail, but not marketably presented. (with the possible exception of Hodson's famous book "The Kingdom of the Gods") The foreword by Joy Mills indicates that this volume appeared not long after Hodson's passing. As such this book is a tribute to Hodson, as much as it is a celebration of his insights and clairvoyant visions. It is helpful for the student of attunement, and offers insights into the realms of the angels and the superphysical qualities of sound and music.

Clairvoyant Wordsworth: A Case Study in Heresy and Critical Prejudice
Robert B. Zimmer
It is almost universally accepted that William Wordsworth never took seriously the idea of pre-existence, or life before birth. In this study, Robert Zimmer shows that this is an unjustifiable presumption. Evidence from Wordsworth’s “Ode: Intimations of Immortality from Recollections of Early Childhood,” from The Prelude, and from the “Essay Upon Epitaphs” shows that Wordsworth firmly believed in pre-existence. Nor was this an idea he adopted out of curiosity or for its poetic utility. Wordsworth, like Henry Vaughan and Thomas Traherne, remembered life before birth, and retained a kind of clairvoyance in his infancy. As Zimmer shows, it is only because of the religious and philosophical prejudices of critics since Coleridge that Wordsworth’s recollections have seldom been properly recognized for what they are.
